Dan has been an integral part of leading MYO since 2019 when he joined the team as general manager. He has been learning and perfecting his own training over the past decade since first ...experiencing the Super Slow training principles in 2015. Dan has instructed thousands of workouts and specializes in understanding people’s desires, goals, and movement limitations while fostering strong encouragement for one to maximize their exercise stimulation and succeeding results. Dan finds joy seeing people discover how simple, intentional, and infrequent exercise can revolutionize their life and increase confidence and vitality in only 20 minutes, twice per week. Dan, his wife and children reside on an old farmstead just west of the twin cities.

Becky first learned of the benefits of resistance training while experiencing MYO’s exercise methods herself. A knee injury had greatly limited her athletic activities , but she was determined to return to the sports she loved, especially hiking. ...The training effectiveness and careful instruction of MYO helped her to regain strength and stability, enabling her to achieve the dream of completing the Manitou Incline trail in Colorado. Her desire to share this strength-building-experience with others led to her joining MYO’s team in 2018. Trent was initially introduced to MYO and began learning our training principles while studying exercise science in his undergraduate program at UW La-Crosse. Through his internship ...with MYO and first professional training position, Trent’s passion for serving and helping people achieve their personal fitness goals blossomed. Realizing the deep and intrinsic desire people have to experience greater vitality in life through exercise,Trent determined to re-joined MYO’s team. Trent does a tremendous job leading people to discover and achieve deep muscle fatigue (i.e. muscle inroad) in their exercise session.
